'Woke' and 'Awake' are not the same.

Awake. . . and Christ will give you light." (Ephesians 5:14 - 16.)

It is hard to believe what has been taking place in America, and several other countries, as the Islamic Hamas Terrorists attacks on Israel have been raging for over a week now. As I see the videos of indoctrinated protestors filling the streets and universities with their anti-Jewish, anti-Israel signs and rants, I am reminded that these things were all prophesied in the Scriptures: Truly the Prophet Isaiah was seeing into our time when he wrote:

"Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that count darkness as light, and light as darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20)

When the American protest leaders from the sixties and seventies put away their hookah pipes and LSD, adapted eastern mysticism, cut their hair, started driving Volvo's and became the professors that have now taken over Academia in America, they started the slide into the insanity that we are now seeing taking place.

This is again driving the hatred for the Jews and Christians that always finds it's way back onto the world scene with a mind to destroy God's Chosen people as the main agenda.

Whoever first bought into the idea that the changes assaulting our culture are "Woke" must truly have really been "Asleep" at the wheel. This idea clearly came straight from the pits of hell into their 'enlightened' brains.

A quick read through Romans 1 verses 18-32 reveals that this is nothing more than the regurgitated sin and perversity that brought destruction upon the ancient cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and the world that was destroyed by the Flood of Noah in which only eight people were saved.

So what has that to do with the current situation in Israel?

The difference now is that 1948 changed everything. After the Nazi Holocaust, the dispersed Jews were drawn back to the Land Promised to Abraham for his seed, and the Nation of Israel was established once again by God's mighty hand.

A quick glance at Israels victories in the Yom Kippur war fifty years ago and the 6 Day war of 1967, and one can quickly see the likely outcome of that which is taking place today.

God gave this land to the Israelite's: It will not be taken from them again.

The questions is, which side will you be on? Make sure you know. There are only two sides in this fight: the right one and the wrong one.

In the long run, neutrality is not an option. Remember what Jesus said to the Church of Laodacia:

"So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth." (Revelation 3:16: NASB)

If you are truly "Woke" then Wake Up! before it is too late.
